Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem Sie sich mit dem Vertragsschluss, seinen Formalien und Problemen vertraut gemacht haben, können Sie entscheiden, ob ein wirksamer Vertrag gegeben ist oder nicht. Nun entsteht nach dem Vertragsschluss oftmals das dringende Bedürfnis, diesen Vertrag rückgängig zu machen oder zu verändern. Die Gründe hierfür können vielfältig sein und sowohl auf Käufer- wie auch auf Verkäuferseite bestehen. Wichtig ist der Grundsatz, dass ein Vertrag nicht einseitig geändert werden kann. Eine Aufhebung oder eine Änderung eines Vertrages ist nur in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen möglich.
