Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie in Kap. 10 gezeigt, ist die Gewährleistung für den Käufer oder Besteller durchaus positiv im Gesetz geregelt. Daher sehen die meisten Vertragsklauseln, die sich mit der Gewährleistung beschäftigen, keine Verschärfung oder Weiterung der Haftung vor, sondern vielmehr eine Begrenzung.
