Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Titel des Buches macht deutlich, dass die Welt des Einkaufs hier vorrangig aus der juristischen Perspektive betrachtet wird. Diese Sichtweise kann einen interessanten weiteren Blickwinkel eröffnen. Daneben sind generelle betriebswirtschaftliche Erwägungen sowie die Effizienz und die Integrität des Beschaffungsprozesses neben weiteren Fragestellungen wie dem Supply Chain Management, der Produktsicherheit und der Qualitätssicherung weitere wichtige Aspekte, die beim Beschaffungsvorgang eine Rolle spielen. Der Titel des Buches macht deutlich, dass die Welt des Einkaufs hier vorrangig aus der juristischen Perspektive betrachtet wird. Diese Sichtweise kann einen interessanten weiteren Blickwinkel eröffnen. Daneben sind generelle betriebswirtschaftliche Erwägungen sowie die Effizienz und die Integrität des Beschaffungsprozesses neben weiteren Fragestellungen wie dem Supply Chain Management, der Produktsicherheit und der Qualitätssicherung weitere wichtige Aspekte, die beim Beschaffungsvorgang eine Rolle spielen. Die Wichtigkeit rechtlicher Erwägungen in diesem vielstimmigen Chor ist nicht immer eindeutig zu beantworten. Zum einen sind Tendenzen erkennbar, dass die Geschäftsprozesse immer formaler werden und dass die Parteien, insbesondere wenn es zu Problemen kommt, weniger Scheu davor zeigen, sich hinter formalen juristischen Argumenten zu verstecken oder es sogar auf eine gerichtliche Auseinandersetzung ankommen zu lassen.
