Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der EBA Report (2021) beschreibt wie ökologische Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken im Rahmen einer aufzubauenden GAR zu integrieren sind. Andere ESG-Kriterien, insbesondere governmental, gute Unternehmensführung, die die nachhaltige Entwicklung der Bank oder Sparkasse im Rahmen eines geeigneten Risikomanagements fokussieren, sind ebenfalls noch stärker als zuvor in den Vergütungssystemen zu verankern und transparent zu machen (vgl. EBA-GSR 2021; Rn. 220–229)
