Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel sollen überblicksartig die in den jeweiligen Institutsgruppen der Sparkassen, Genossenschaftsbanken sowie Privatbanken in der Praxis vorzufindende Zusammensetzung der Vorstandsgehälter und – soweit transparent – angewandte Kriterien gezeigt werden. Zudem wird aus einer, wenngleich nicht repräsentativen, Umfrage unter Genossenschaftsbanken über bereits heute angewandte nachhaltigere Kriterien in der Vorstandsvergütung berichtet. In beiden Abschnitten wird Bezug genommen zu Ausführungen in den Kap. 1 und 2 .
