Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die psychotherapeutische und psychosomatische Situation war bereits vor der COVID-19-Pandemie für Personen mit Indikationsstellung aufgrund von langen Wartezeiten schlecht; die Versorgungssituation hat sich seit Beginn der Pandemie nochmals zugespitzt. Der Handlungsdruck, digitale Nachsorgeprogramme für die poststationäre Erhaltungstherapie zu entwickeln war von Anbeginn der Pandemie sehr hoch. Die Klinik Höhenried hat die Entwicklung einer solchen IT-basierten Lösung in Auftrag gegeben und nutzt diese seit Oktober 2021 nach Durchlaufen sämtlicher notwendiger Genehmigungsverfahren unter dem Titel „ProTheraFit“. Erste Bewertungen seitens Nachbehandelnder, Patientinnen und Patienten stehen aktuell noch aus. Im Ergebnis kann aber bereits festgellt werden, dass die für den Start von „ProTheraFit“ notwendigen Verfahren und Prozesse in dem Sinne für mustergültig befunden werden, indem alle Beteiligten konsequent und der pandemischen Situation absolut angemessen agierten.
