Abstract

Zusammenfassung In vielen Bereichen des Gesundheitswesens spielt die Diskussion um die Digitalisierung eine große Rolle, häufig sind jedoch die Herangehensweise an die jeweiligen Herausforderungen und Chancen vom operativen Denken der Verantwortlichen geprägt. Dies zeigt sich nicht nur in der geringfügigen Resonanz bei den Patienten. Hier gilt es für die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen, aus den Fehlern der Verantwortlichen in der Pandemie zu lernen und ein strategisches Vorgehen einzuhalten, das sich am Faktor Gesundheit und an den Denk- und Verhaltensweisen der gesetzlich Versicherten orientiert. So kann man beispielsweise aus der geringfügigen Akzeptanz der elektronischen Patientenakte (ePA) bei den Versicherten Erkenntnisse für das weitere Vorgehen im Bereich Digitalisierung gewinnen. Um jedoch bestmögliche Ansätze zu erarbeiten und anschließend zu operationalisieren, müssen auch kreative Lösungsentwicklungsansätze wie das Design-Thinking eine Rolle spielen
