Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kleine Betriebe wachsen in den ersten Jahren oft nach dem Motto der Drei Musketiere, „Einer für alle. Alle für einen.“ Egal, wo es gerade brennt und wie viel man selbst zu tun hat: Wenn der Kollege Hilfe benötigt, sind alle da und stellen gemeinsam sicher, dass das Problem gelöst wird. Eine großartige Einstellung! Doch leider … je größer diese Unternehmen werden, umso weniger funktioniert solch ein Miteinander, und der Gemeinsinn artet in Chaos aus. Die Menschen sind immer unzufriedener und genervter, weil immer weniger klar ist, wer genau wofür verantwortlich ist und wofür nicht. Damit gerät die Entwicklung ins Stocken, oder sie wird mit dem Preis immer angestrengteren Einsatzes bezahlt.
