Abstract

Zusammenfassung Worauf achten Sie, um zu erkennen, ob in Ihrem „Laden“ alles so läuft, wie Sie es sich wünschen? Welche Einflussgrößen haben Sie im Blick, unabhängig davon, ob diese hart messbar sind oder von Ihnen eher intuitiv bewertet werden? Meines Erachtens gibt es fünf logische Ebenen, die permanente Aufmerksamkeit benötigen, denn auf jeder von ihr können Dinge ins Rutschen kommen und damit den Erfolg des Unternehmens gefährden.
