Abstract

Zusammenfassung Rund ein Dutzend Killer konnten wir als Ursache identifizieren, weshalb Lebendigkeit und Unternehmertum so häufig auf der Strecke bleiben. Ein Jammer! Denn wie sehr bleibt ein Bereich oder ein ganzes Unternehmen unter seinen Möglichkeiten, wenn nur eine Handvoll Leistungsträger bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, schwierige Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese dann auch konsequent durchzuziehen. Manchmal fehlt es „nur“ am unternehmerischen Mindset und an dessen Umsetzung. Doch häufig fehlt es genauso an der Lebendigkeit. Sie ist der Treibstoff, der unternehmerisches Handeln überhaupt erst möglich macht: Kraftvoll seinen Aufgaben nachgehen. Richtig Spaß dabei haben. Mit sich selbst und mit den Kollegen in bester Verbindung sein.
