Abstract

Zusammenfassung Frage ich meine Seminargruppen, welche Kompetenzen eine Führungskraft benötigt, um einen guten Job machen zu können, werden zuverlässig drei Bereiche genannt: Fach-, Methoden- und Sozialkompetenz. Wenn ich aber nach der vierten Kompetenz weiterbohre, herrscht in den meisten Gruppen ratloses Schweigen, scheint die Aufzählung doch vollständig zu sein. Dabei fehlt gerade diejenige Kompetenz noch, die sich auf alle drei anderen Felder auswirkt und deshalb eine zentrale Rolle spielt: Es ist die persönliche Kompetenz, oder, wie ich sie lieber nenne: die Selbstkompetenz. Doch was verbirgt sich hinter diesem etwas nebulösem Begriff?
