Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Aufbau eines Center of Excellence für Robotic Process Automation (RPA) verläuft nicht immer geradlinig: Geprägt von den unterschiedlichsten Ereignissen hat auch die Rhenus Office Systems ihre ganz eigenen Erfahrungen gesammelt, als sie sich in die damals noch neuartige Technologie stürzte und sich entschied, das Produkt sowohl für interne als auch externe Kunden in ihr Leistungsportfolio mit aufzunehmen. Dieses Kapitel fasst die wesentlichen Herausforderungen, Erfolgsfaktoren und Lessons Learned beim Aufbau eines RPA Center of Excellence zusammen. Hieraus werden Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet, die Praktiker bei der Planung und Implementierung eines Center of Excellence sowie bei der Einführung von RPA-Lösungen unterstützen.
