Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Thema Prozessoptimierung ist ein sehr weites Feld, auf dem Sie sich als Geschäftsführer:in sehr schnell verzetteln können. In enger Verbindung damit steht das richtige Maß an Prozessen. Unternehmer:innen haben häufig gar keine Vorstellung von der Anzahl der Prozesse in ihrem Unternehmen. Und selbst wenn sie diese haben, sehen sie nur die offiziellen Prozesse. Die informellen Prozesse, die täglich in ihrem Unternehmen ablaufen, können nur erahnt werden. Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr kreativ, den für sich objektiv besten Weg zu finden, eine Aufgabe zu lösen, und schon ist ein informeller Prozess geboren. Als Basis ist daher zunächst ein Überblick über alle Prozesse notwendig. Im gleichen Atemzug müssen Sie sich Gedanken machen, wo Sie ihre Prozesse dokumentieren wollen und welche Methode Sie dafür nutzen.
