Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel erläutert Maßnahmen, die die Geschwindigkeit in Ihrer Organisation signifikant verbessern. Dabei geht es unter anderem um den effizienten Einsatz von Tools und Software als Basis der Kommunikation, die Nutzung von Kanban Boards für eine bessere Übersicht und Transparenz sowie einem verbesserten Organisationsdesign, um starre Teamstrukturen zu durchbrechen. Weitere Methoden beinhalten die Nutzung von Retrospektiven über Ihren Veränderungsprozess sowie den gezielten Einsatz von Feedback-Schleifen.
