Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Anforderungskatalog an neue und bestehende Mitarbeiter:innen wird aufgrund steigender Komplexität der Arbeitsrolle immer länger. Das passende Match für die eigenen Teams zu finden, stellt Geschäftsführer:innen und Teamleiter:innen vor Herausforderungen. Dabei ist vielen Unternehmer:innen noch nicht einmal bewusst, welche Fähigkeiten ihre Mitarbeiter:innen brauchen und welcher Skill Gap intern vorhanden ist. Gleichzeitig haben eine Vielzahl an Unternehmen keine Vorstellung davon, wie sie diese Lücke erkennen und überbrücken können. Das hängt auch damit zusammen, dass viele Unternehmen gar nicht wissen, was Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen überhaupt können, was sie lernen wollen und in welchen Bereichen sie gerne arbeiten würden. Es gilt also, fehlende, aber auch bereits vorhandene Skills sichtbar zu machen.
