Abstract

Zusammenfassung Teams mit hoher psychologischer Sicherheit sind bis zu zehnmal effektiver als Teams, die durch Anreizsysteme wie Boni oder Extra-Vergütung motiviert sind. Wenn Sie effektive Teams aufbauen wollen, müssen Sie also ein Umfeld schaffen, in dem es für Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen selbstverständlich ist, Fragen zu stellen, Ideen zu kreieren und Bedenken zu äußern. Angst vor Fehlern darf es nicht geben. Anhand verschiedener vorgestellter Maßnahmen können Sie auch in Ihrem Unternehmen die psychologische Sicherheit erhöhen.
