Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch richtet sich an Geschäftsführer:innen, Führungskräfte und Entscheidungsträger:innen, die es sich zur Mission gemacht haben, das eigene Unternehmen zu nachhaltigem Wachstum zu befähigen. Die Frage des Wie ist dabei keinesfalls trivial. Unternehmen wachsen nicht von selbst – zumindest nicht nachhaltig und Erfolg versprechend. Wie im eigenen Garten ist Wachstum eng mit Veränderung verbunden. Es ist leicht zu beobachten, wie die Kräuter oder Blumen sprießen und aus schnöder Erde ein kleines Biotop mit unterschiedlichen Akteur:innen, Einflüssen, Gefahren und Chancen wird. Ähnlich verhält es sich bei Wachstum in Organisationen. Wachstum wird durch Veränderung entweder begünstigt oder begleitet. Wer also Wachstum will, muss sich der Veränderung stellen.
