Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alles startet mit „den richtigen“ Themen, dem richtigen Vorgehen. Und wenn „die richtigen“ Themen richtig ablaufen, dann ist das erreicht, was nötig ist: Effektive Prozesse, die effizient ablaufen. Alle Prozesse müssen, wie die feinen Räder eines Uhrwerks, perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt sein, damit „die Zeiger“ respektive die Vertriebsprozesse reibungsfrei laufen. Wenn Sie stets das Gesamtbild (unsere SALESTOOLBOX®) im Auge behalten und nach dieser Systematik Ihren Vertrieb optimieren, können Fehler schnell erkannt werden. Manchmal läuft ein Zahnrad nicht optimal und muss geölt werden, selten bricht ein Rädchen und wird durch ein neues ersetzt. Wichtig ist das Zusammenspiel, für das Sie als Unternehmer oder Leiter verantwortlich sind. Wie die einzelnen Prozesse ablaufen und optimiert werden können, wurde in den vorherigen Kapiteln geklärt. Nun gilt es, diese Erkenntnisse zusammenzubringen. Um dies in der täglichen Arbeit grundlegend zu gewährleisten, haben wir an das Pareto-Prinzip angelehnt fünf Kernfragen und -antworten definiert.
