Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie Unternehmen ihre Social-Teams aufstellen, welche Firmenziele sie damit verbinden, mit welchen sozialen Netzwerken sie diese erreichen, wie sie sie messen und was die größte Social-Herausforderung ist? Das und noch viel mehr haben dem Autorenteam dieses Buches 102 Social Media Manager zwischen dem 01.12.2019 und 30.11.2020 in einer nicht-repräsentativen Umfrage verraten, die per XING akquiriert wurden. Die Fragen wurden von Stefan Rippler, Autor von Berufsziel Social Media, konzeptioniert und ausgewertet.
