Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mithilfe von Reifegradmodellen für die digitale Transformation können Unternehmen systematisch ihren eigenen Ist-Zustand bezüglich der digitalen Transformation bestimmen. Durch die Betrachtung der verschiedenen Dimensionen entsteht ein ganzheitliches Bild hinsichtlich dessen, was für eine erfolgreiche digitale Transformation nötig ist. Dieser Beitrag stellt Reifegradmodelle vor, die speziell für das Controlling entwickelt wurden und zeigt die Anwendung eines solchen Reifegradmodells für das Controlling eines Klinikums in einer deutschen Großstadt. Auf Basis der Gegenüberstellung des Ist- und Ziel-Zustands wird ein konkreter Maßnahmenkatalog erarbeitet. Dieser kann Controllingabteilungen anderer Unternehmen als Inspiration dienen.
