Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung schreitet gesellschaftlich und damit in den Unternehmen immer weiter voran. Dies bedeutet, dass auch das Controlling beziehungsweise die Tätigkeit der Controller:innen durch die Digitalisierung einem vielfältigen Wandel unterliegt. In diesem Beitrag wird untersucht, wie Digitalisierungsprozesse im Controlling durch ein leistungsfähiges Innovations- und Change-Management begleitet werden sollen. Es wird unter anderem gezeigt, dass die Mitarbeiter:innen frühzeitig im Rahmen eines strukturierten Change-Management-Prozesses einzubinden sind, die verschiedenen Ansprüche und Erwartungen sowie Sorgen und Ängste ernst zu nehmen und möglichst in einem dialogorientierten und partizipativen Prozess zu bearbeiten sind. Dabei können interne Promotor:innen helfen.
