Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel behandelt verschiedene Stellschrauben, mit denen Unternehmen oder Verantwortliche Wertschöpfungsprozesse effektiver gestalten können. Dabei geht es immer wieder um die Frage, wie häufig mit Situationen zu rechnen ist, die eine zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation im komplexen Lösungsraum erforderlich machen. Der erste Abschn. (6.1) behandelt die Entwicklung eines neuen Wertschöpfungsprozesses. Im zweiten Abschn. (6.2) geht es um die Unterscheidung zwischen der Reproduktion standardisierter Massenprodukte und der Herstellung individuell angepasster Produkte. Im dritten Abschn. (6.3) beschreibe ich unterschiedliche Organisationsformen (funktionale Differenzierung und Projektorganisation) sowie deren Auswirkung auf die Lösungsfindung im komplexen Lösungsraum. Im letzten Abschn. (6.4) geht es schließlich um verschiedene Methoden der Zusammenarbeit in komplexen arbeitsteiligen Projekten. Auch hier besteht ein Unterschied zwischen dem klassischen Projektmanagement, das mit im Voraus festgelegten Terminen arbeitet, und agilen Arbeitsmethoden, in denen die Planung flexibel an aktuelle Erfordernisse angepasst werden kann. Ziel des Kapitels ist es, Verantwortliche dabei zu unterstützen, Wertschöpfungsprozesse gezielt zu analysieren und die dafür am besten geeigneten Formen der Organisation zu entwickeln.
