Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wert eines Datenprojekts wird nicht allein durch Daten oder AI generiert. Der Wert entsteht erst durch einen spezifischen Anwendungsfall (Use Case), der es uns ermöglicht, Wissen und Handlungen aus Daten mittels Analysen oder AI abzuleiten. Im Kap. 2 zu Design Thinking haben wir Methoden zum Identifizieren solcher Use Cases hinreichend beschrieben. Diese Use Cases können aber nur in einer entsprechenden Umgebung mit etablierten Prozessen ihre Wirkung entfalten oder überhaupt erst entdeckt und ausgearbeitet werden. Dabei ist ein mehrschrittiges Vorgehen notwendig und das wiederholte Durchlaufen des Prozesses sinnvoll. Im Data Value Loop laufen die Fäden einer konsekutiven Data Value Chain, der benötigten Technologie, einer datengetriebenen Kultur und von agilen Prozessen zusammen.
