Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht nur die großen Buzzwords Big Data und AI haben sich in ihrer inflationären Verwendung in den letzten Jahren teilweise verselbstständigt. Auch Agile entwickelt im Bereich des Produkt- und Projektmanagements zunehmend ein Eigenleben. In diesem Kapitel erläutern wir, was Agile eigentlich ist, was es nicht ist sowie wann und warum sich ein agiles Vorgehen auch für Ihre künftigen Analytics- und AI-Projekte eignet. Ein grundlegendes Vorwissen um agile Prozesse erleichtert Ihnen das Verständnis dieses Kapitels, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Wenn Sie noch nie von agilen Methoden und Denkansätzen gehört haben, empfehlen wir aber eine vertiefende Beschäftigung damit.
