Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach ihrem Jura-Studium begann Beatrice Wenzel-Lux-Krönigs Karriere als internationale Anwältin in Berlin. Heute ist sie Senior Vice President und Chief Human Resources Officer bei einem familiengeführten Luxus-Feinschmuck- und Uhrenhersteller von Weltklasse. Davor war sie als Senior Vice President Human Resources bei bereits einem anderen weltweit führenden Luxuskonzern tätig. Dabei hat sie vor allem den „Faktor Mensch“ gefördert und ist eine anerkannte Expertin in der Implementierung von High-Potential-Entwicklungs- und Leadership-Programmen sowie von innovativen Trainingsprogrammen. Mit FBXperts teilt sie hier ihre Gedanken über Personalführung in Zeiten des Wandels.
