Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angesichts dieser Schilderungen könnte man auf den Gedanken kommen, dass sich all jene Unternehmen glücklich schätzen, deren CFO in seiner Laufbahn auch einmal IT-Leiter gewesen ist – was in der Praxis aber nicht häufig der Fall ist. Und selbst wenn: Eine Versicherung gegen Cyber-Risiken ist auch das nicht. Und außerdem sind da noch all die anderen Gefahren, die das Themengebiet Compliance & Co. so heikel machen. Die Risiken sind oft auch persönlicher Natur, und offensichtlich sind in vielen Fällen Haftungsfragen berührt.
