Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine der grundsätzlichen Entscheidungen am Anfang des Gründens ist: Willst du allein oder im Team starten? Beides hat seine Vor- und Nachteile und diese Frage lässt sich nicht pauschal beantworten. Die Suche nach Mitgründern kann sehr zeitintensiv sein und den richtigen Geschäftspartner zu finden ist, wie bei der privaten Partnerwahl, oft nicht so einfach. Kriterien wie Teilzeit-Einstieg, Kompetenzen, Wohnort und einige mehr können dabei eine tragende Rolle spielen. Es gibt jedoch einige gute Möglichkeiten, die Suche zu vereinfachen. Meine eigenen Erfahrungen und die meiner Podcast-Gäste habe ich in diesem Kapitel zusammengefasst.
