Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit März 2020 hält ein Virus nicht nur Europa, sondern inzwischen die ganze Welt in Atem. Die Corona-Pandemie hat das gesellschaftliche Leben aller Nationen verändert. Um der rasanten Ausbreitung entgegenzuwirken, wurden international zeitweise Ausgangsbeschränkungen oder gar Ausgangssperren verhängt. Diese schränken die Lebensbedingungen und auch die Freiheitsrechte jedes Einzelnen in erheblichem Maße ein. Egal ob jung oder alt – niemand hat mit einer solchen Situation gerechnet. Inzwischen fragt man sich, welche mittel- bis längerfristigen Auswirkungen der derzeitige Ausnahmezustand auf die Gesellschaft aber auch auf jeden Einzelnen von uns haben wird. Aus früheren Krisenzeiten wie Epidemien oder Kriegen kennt man Phänomene, die in Extremsituationen auftreten. Einige davon sind jetzt schon zu beobachten.
