Abstract

Zusammenfassung An wen wenden Sie sich als Patient, wenn Sie gesundheitliche Probleme haben? Neben Ihrem Hausarzt gibt es ja noch zahlreiche andere Personen, Institutionen oder Informationsquellen, die Sie nutzen können. Umfragen zeigen, dass dabei den sozialen Netzwerken ein immer höherer Stellenwert zukommt. Während meine Mutter vor 50 Jahren weder ein Mobiltelefon noch einen Internetzugang hatte, sind damit heute bereits Schulkinder ausgerüstet.
