Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der digitale Wandel mit seinem hohen Veränderungsdruck bezieht sich nicht nur auf Geschäftsmodelle und Wettbewerb. Er führt auch zu großen Veränderungen innerhalb der Organisationen, z. B. in Form von neuen Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen oder einer neuen Form der Mitarbeiterführung. Dieser Beitrag setzt sich mit den Möglichkeiten, aber auch mit den Herausforderungen auseinander, die aus der digitalen Transformation resultieren. Dabei werden nicht nur die wirtschaftlichen, sondern auch die gesellschaftlichen und ökologischen Chancen und Risiken betrachtet.
