Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die rasante technologische Entwicklung hat tiefgreifende Auswirkungen auf die Art und Weise, wie wir leben und arbeiten. Gleichzeitig ermöglichen uns innovative Technologien neue Formen des Lernens. Virtuelle Welten und Künstliche Intelligenz werden nach und nach fester Bestandteil von Lern- und Trainingsprogrammen sein. Auch Virtual Reality ist zukünftig nicht mehr wegzudenken, wenn es darum geht, Lernende in praxisbezogenen Situationen sicher und effizient zu trainieren. Anhand von zwei praktischen Beispielen werden wir das Potenzial von VR Training für Soft Skills erläutern.
