Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, wie Sie Ihr Selbstmanagement systematisch und langfristig planen und in einem Konzept festhalten. Sie erfahren, aus welchen Teilen dieser Plan besteht und welche Fragen Sie sich für Ihre langfristige Entwicklung stellen sollten. Das Kapitel geht auf die vier Bausteine der Konzeption ein – Analyse, Planung, Kreation und Kontrolle – und erläutert, wie Sie vorgehen sollten. Im Mittelpunkt der Konzeption stehen Ziele, Strategien und Maßnahmen, zu denen Sie viele Hinweise und Beispiele finden.
