Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt mehr Ding’ im Himmel und auf Erden, als eure Schulweisheit sich träumt, Horatio. Wahr gesprochen, Sir William Shakespeare. Gerade im Unternehmertum geht es darum, klassische Erkenntnisse nicht zu dogmatisieren, sondern eine Vision zu entwerfen, die sich mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit auf Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Lieferanten überträgt. Es geht somit um etwas, was den meisten Bossen fehlt, die mit ihrem Angebot am Markt herumkrebsen. Notabene ist ein Ideal etwas, das eine Gesellschaft, Firma oder Person beruflich und/oder privat vorwärtsbringt, wobei dieses realistisch und somit erreichbar sein sollte. Sozusagen das zukunftsbezogene Maß aller Dinge.
