Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kreativität ist der Treibstoff zur Erschließung sämtlicher Geschäfte! Alles, was mit Vorstellungsvermögen und Einfallsreichtum zu tun hat, ist ein hohes Gut und unverzichtbarer Bestandteil des Schöpfungs- und Überlebensprozesses eines Gewerbes. Ein einfaches Beispiel, wie man mit etwas Kreativität etwas erreichen kann, stammt aus der Dienstleistungsbranche. So stand ein Reinigungsbetrieb kurz vor der Insolvenz, als dessen Inhaber meinen Rat suchte. Er hätte seine Marketingmaßnahmen ausgereizt, bekam ich zu hören, branchenübliche Dienstleistungen unterbreitet, aber keine neue Kunden gefunden.
