Abstract

Zusammenfassung Personaldienstleistungen sind die entgeltliche externe Unterstützung von Unternehmen bei der Gewinnung, Entwicklung und Freisetzung von Personal. Zu ihnen gehören als wichtige Formen ZeitarbeitZeitarbeit, PersonalvermittlungPersonalvermittlung und OutplacementOutplacement. Bildung ist eine nicht in diesen Formen aufgehende, aber eine in unterschiedlicher Art mit ihnen kombinierte Dienstleistung. Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (Zeitarbeit) erfolgt in einem Dreiecksverhältnis, bei dem die Verleihfirma Zeitarbeitnehmer befristet an eine Entleihfirma überlässt, wobei letztere Mitarbeiter der Verleihfirma bleiben. Diese trägt damit auch die Hauptverantwortung für ihre Qualifizierung. Personalvermittlung ist die externe Unterstützung eines Unternehmens bei der Rekrutierung und Anstellung von Mitarbeitern. Beim Outplacement werden ausscheidende Mitarbeiter auf ihrem Weg in eine neue Beschäftigung unterstützend begleitet. Auftraggeber ist hier das Personal abbauende Unternehmen. Eine Transfergesellschaft ist institutionalisiertes Outplacement. Outplacement, bei dem aus dem beauftragenden Unternehmen ausscheidende Beschäftigte befristete Arbeitnehmer der Transfergesellschaft werden. Transfergesellschaft
