Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Gang der Untersuchung lässt sich wie folgt beschreiben: In einem ersten Schritt wurden einschlägige Rechtsgrundlagen identifiziert und in einer Matrix zusammengetragen. Darauf aufbauend werden in einem zweiten Schritt Rechtsproblematiken erkannt und Haftungsverhältnisse begutachtet.
