Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sie sind inzwischen mit dem Führungstyp Kreativer, Macher und Erhalter vertraut. Ich hoffe, Ihnen ist dabei klargeworden, dass jeder Mensch einen genetischen Print hat. Jeder von uns ist unterschiedlich und einzigartig, doch es gibt gewisse körperliche Gemeinsamkeiten. Diese Diversität habe ich in den drei Grundtypen zusammengefasst. Sie wissen nun auch, wer Sie selbst sind, wie Sie sich körperlich auf Vordermann bringen können, welche Stärken Sie als Führungskraft haben, welche Entspannungsmethode ideal für Sie ist und welche mentalen Vorzüge Sie haben.
