Zusammenfassung Haben Sie sich auch schon einmal gefragt, woran es liegt, dass manche Menschen gut miteinander auskommen, andere wiederum gar nicht? Hätten Sie auch gerne manchmal eine „Gebrauchsanleitung“ für Ihre MitarbeiterInnen und Führungskräfte? Nun, eine allgemeingültige Gebrauchsanleitung kann auch dieses Buch Ihnen nicht liefern – aber ich versorge Sie definitiv mit hilfreichen Hinweisen, mit denen es Ihnen gelingen kann, Ihre MitarbeiterInnen und Führungskräfte anhand einer ganz besonderen Typologie etwas besser zu verstehen.
