Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Bildungswesen ist seit jeher geprägt von einer systemimmanenten Kontinuität, die einerseits Verlässlichkeit für die am Bildungswesen beteiligten Akteure auf allen Ebenen bedeutet, jedoch gleichzeitig innovationshemmend wirkt. Es fehlen Anreize zur Schaffung von Ideen, deren Umsetzung sowie Etablierung. Letztlich sind es häufig externe Effekte, die zu der Durchsetzung innovativer Konzepte sowie Technologien führen.
