Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der technische Fortschritt führt für uns alle zur Notwendigkeit, sich kontinuierlich auch selbst weiter zu entwickeln - sowohl grundsätzlich, wie aber auch sehr spezifisch und individuell am konkreten Arbeitsplatz. Gleichzeitig ermöglichen neue Technologien genau dies besser als jemals zuvor. "Lernen" kann heute sehr viel effektiver und effizienter erfolgen, als noch vor wenigen Jahren. Dies müssen die Lernwilligen, wie aber auch die Unternehmen und Organisationen aktiv gestalten und angehen.
