Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was hat Patchwork mit Leadership zu tun? Aus Sicht von Patchworkerin Tanja Eggers ganz schön viel. Es beginnt beim Mindset New Leadership, dem „Denken in Ergänzungen“ – es geht um Wirtschaftlichkeit UND Menschlichkeit. Denn Zielorientierung und Wertschätzung schließen sich nicht aus. Führung ist Patchwork, dies zeigt sich in dem Verbinden von Kulturen, dem Verbinden von Menschen, dem Verbinden von unterschiedlichen Meinungen, kurz gesagt: dem Fördern von Vielfalt, sei es im Hinblick auf Diversity, auf hybride Zusammenarbeit, auf flexibel zu gestaltende Arbeitsformen. Diese Flexibilität beginnt bei der Flexibilität im Denken, einem Mindset an Offenheit und Neugier. Diese Flexibilität beginnt somit bei uns #SELBST. Führung – unabhängig davon, in welcher Rolle und in welcher Funktion – beginnt bei unserer eigenen Selbstführung. Und Wertschätzung beginnt bei unserem eigenen Selbstwert. Ein Self Leadership-Hack lädt zum Sinnieren und Reflektieren ein und ist ein weiteres interaktives Element dieses Patch-Workbooks.
