Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag betrachtet das Erlernen auf Sicherheit ausgerichteten Verhaltens mit der Zielsetzung, die Patientensicherheit zu erhöhen, aus einer neuen Perspektive. Zunächst wird auf die herausfordernde Ausgangslage beim Thema Patientensicherheit und das Erlernen sicherheitsgerichteter Verhaltensweisen eingegangen und anschließend wird ein erprobtes, aus anderen Hochrisikobranchen bekanntes und etabliertes Verfahren vorgestellt. Patientensicherheitsmaßnahmen müssen erlernt werden, und das Erlernen solcher Maßnahmen sollte nicht ausschließlich im Kontext der gewohnten Arbeitsumgebung stattfinden. Eine fachfremde Arbeitsumgebung lässt die Teilnehmenden auf die wesentlichen Aspekte sicherheitsgerichteter Verhaltensaspekte fokussieren. Durch die fachfremde Arbeitsumgebung lassen sich Informationsasymmetrien über unterschiedliche Berufsgruppen hinweg ausschließen und damit die Effektivität des Trainings erhöhen.
