Abstract

Zusammenfassung Moderne Teamtrainings mit dem Fokus auf Human Factors und Crew Resource Management (CRM) erhöhen die Patientensicherheit wie kaum eine andere Intervention. Trotzdem sind sie noch nicht weit verbreitet oder vorgeschrieben. Es wurde nachgewiesen, dass solche CRM-Teamtrainings neben der Patientensicherheit auch die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit erhöhen und so zu einer Abnahme der Personalfluktuation beitragen. Dieser Aspekt könnte helfen, solche Trainings dauerhaft und regelmäßig zu finanzieren. In diesem Kapitel wird beschrieben, wie moderne Teamtrainings durchgeführt werden sollten und welche positiven Effekte dadurch erwartet werden können.
