Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation bedingt nicht nur Veränderungen in den Produkten und Prozessen der Unternehmen, sondern auch in den dabei unterstützenden Informationstechnologien. In diesem Zusammenhang sollten vorhandene Optimierungspotenziale bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Software ausgeschöpft werden. Hier können entsprechende Standards zu Verbesserungen von Aufgaben und Projekten in den Anforderungsphasen sowie beim Testen von Anwendungssystemen beitragen. Die in diesem Kontext bekanntesten Standards sind ISTQB und IREB (einschließlich ihrer Zertifizierungsschemata), mit denen Optimierungspotenziale in den Testprozessen und den Prozessen des Anforderungsmanagements realisiert werden können.
