Abstract

Zusammenfassung Daten ebnen den Weg zur Nachhaltigkeit von Immobilien. Dabei ist es entscheidend die richtigen Fragen an die Daten zu stellen. Denn nur so gelangen wir auch zu einer Erkenntnis, die uns weiterbringt. Dafür gibt es mehrere Methoden und Technologien, die in diesem Kapitel in ihrem Einsatz beschrieben werden. Digitale Subsets spielen hier eine besondere Rolle. In vier Schritten lassen sie sich definieren und für die Analyse und Optimierung von Nachhaltigkeit in und um Immobilien einsetzen. Vor allem mit fortgeschrittenen digitalen Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz kann die Immobilienwirtschaft Nachhaltigkeitsziele ansteuern und vor allem auch erreichen, die bisher nur mit unverhältnismäßig hohem Aufwand oder auch gar nicht realisierbar waren.
