Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die drei Säulen Talente, Werte und Freuden tragen und begleiten uns – immer. Ob sie uns nun bewusst sind oder nicht. Wir haben Talente, die wir in den Ring werfen und die unser Können und Tun bestimmen. Wir streben nach Freude und Spaß bei unserem Handeln, und wir wissen heute, dass dies ein entscheidendes Element für Zufriedenheit im Job und im Leben ist. Und als wichtigste Säule tragen wir Werte in uns. Werte, die durch unsere Erziehung, unsere Kultur und unsere Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse geprägt werden. Schon wenn wir nur das Potenzial der drei Säulen nutzen, dann gibt uns das sehr viel Energie. Wenn allerdings eine der Säulen fehlt, ist unser Haus nicht mehr stabil. Manchmal passiert es, dass wir gerade unsere Werte außer Acht lassen, weil wir Karriere machen wollen und das, was uns im Innersten wichtig ist, durch unser Können und die Bestätigung, die wir im Beruf erhalten, zugedeckt wird. Doch wie lange funktioniert das?
