Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Architekt plant, gestaltet, überprüft und überlässt nichts dem Zufall, damit am Ende auch das Haus herauskommt, das der Bauherr beauftragt hat und das zu seinem Budget und Bauplatz passt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauherrn ist bestimmt von dessen Wünschen, und die können durchaus von den Gegebenheiten abweichen. Wenn der Bauplatz nun mal keine übrige Fläche für eine zusätzliche Garage hergibt, dann kann sie der Architekt auch nicht herbeizaubern. Manchmal benehmen auch wir uns wie Bauherren und glauben, die anderen würden es schon für uns richten und uns die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Wir geben buchstäblich die Verantwortung an den Architekten ab und sind im schlimmsten Fall bitter enttäuscht, wenn dabei nicht das Haus herauskommt, das wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Lassen Sie das nicht zu!
