Abstract

Zusammenfassung Reines „Show-Zeitmanagement“ funktioniert bei Juristen nicht. Entscheidend ist, herauszufinden, an welcher Stelle es jeweils ganz konkret hakt. Was ist das wirkliche Problem? Was steckt dahinter? Und wie kann man das praktikabel und alltagstauglich lösen? Wer genau hinschaut, findet fast immer eine Strategie, mit der die besonders dringenden Probleme gelöst werden können. Am effektivsten geht das in einem individuellen Coaching, bei dem anhand echter Situationen der Teilnehmer die jeweils optimale Strategie entwickelt wird. Ideal ist, wenn der Coach selbst auch gute Kenntnisse der juristischen Tätigkeit und der Funktionsweise von Recht besitzt. In den meisten Fällen genügt es schon, ein oder zwei regelmäßig wiederkehrende Situationen zu entschärfen um die persönliche Zufriedenheit enorm zu steigern. Und gerade bei jüngeren Associates gilt die Formel: Weniger Stress = weniger Fluktuation.
