Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer andere dazu bringt, eine Aufgabe zu übernehmen, muss das nicht selbst tun. Deshalb versuchen viele Menschen regelmäßig, Ihnen Aufgaben zu übertragen. Oft ist das für beide Seiten von Vorteil: Sie erledigen als Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer für Ihre Mandanten deren rechtliche oder steuerliche Angelegenheiten schneller und besser als diese es jemals selbst tun könnten. Dafür erhalten Sie dann Ihr Honorar. In diesen Fällen kommt es zu einer Win-win-Situation. Daneben gibt es jedoch auch die Fälle, in denen man sich zu einer Aufgabe „überreden“ lässt. Eigentlich möchte man mit der Angelegenheit nichts zu tun haben, aber aus irgendeinem Grund lässt man sich dann doch breitschlagen.
