Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer verbringen Sie wahrscheinlich relativ viel Zeit in Besprechungen. Mit diesem Werkzeug kann man bestimmte Themen effizienter und effektiver erledigen als mithilfe anderer Kommunikationsmittel. So lassen sich bei der Aushandlung eines komplexen Vertrages die strittigen Themen im Rahmen einer persönlichen Verhandlung meistens schneller lösen als durch den Austausch von Schriftsätzen. Besprechungen sind auch dann erste Wahl, wenn es darum geht, gemeinsam neue Ideen zu finden oder eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Allerdings gibt es auch Umstände, die dazu führen, dass man durch Besprechungen Zeit verliert. Das ist zum einen der Fall, wenn eine Besprechung kein konkretes Ziel hat.
